Contract commercial cleaning for offices and workplaces.
A recurring cleaning service delivered to a written specification, scheduled around your operating hours and managed by a named contact who is accountable for the standard.
What a Godiva contract includes.
Every contract starts with a site survey and a specification. The specification is the reference point for everything that follows: what gets done, how often, when, and how it is checked.
Cleaning specification
Area-by-area schedule of tasks and frequencies — daily, weekly, monthly and periodic — agreed with you before the service starts.
Agreed schedule
Before hours, after hours, overnight or during the day. Frequency and timing are set around how your workplace operates.
Named contract manager
One person responsible for the service, the team and the standard. Your point of contact for changes, issues and reviews.
Planned cover
Rotas are built so that holiday and absence are covered within the team rather than left to chance.
Quality inspections
Work is checked against the specification. Issues are recorded, put right and reported back so you can see the service is being managed.
Reviews
Regular service reviews to confirm the specification still fits the building, adjust frequencies and pick up anything that isn’t working.
Additional services
Washroom services, window cleaning, periodic deep cleaning and consumables can be added under the same contract and the same contact.
Built to fit the way your workplace runs.
There is no standard package. A 20-person office with a shared kitchen needs a different programme from a multi-tenant building with a reception, lifts and six washroom cores.
The survey establishes the building, the current arrangement and the standard you expect. The specification is then written for that building. Frequencies can change as headcount, occupancy and use change — the contract is designed to be adjusted, not renegotiated.
Typical schedules include daily evening cleans for professional offices, early-morning cleans for customer-facing premises, and weekly or fortnightly programmes for smaller or lower-occupancy sites.
How we start a contract.
Site survey
We visit the premises and understand the building, current arrangements, operating hours and required standards.
Cleaning plan
A specification covering tasks, frequency, schedule and service requirements, priced and sent to you to review.
Mobilisation
Access, keyholding, alarm procedures and the team briefing are organised around your working hours.
Ongoing management
Inspections, reviews and a named contact. Requirements evolve with the workplace.
Common questions.
A written cleaning specification setting out every area, task and frequency; a schedule agreed around your operating hours; a named contract manager; planned cover for absence; and regular inspections against the specification. Washrooms, windows and consumables can be included under the same contract.
Pricing is based on the specification produced after a site survey: the size and layout of the premises, the tasks and frequencies required, the schedule, and any additional services. You see the specification and the price together before committing to anything.
Yes. Early morning, evening and overnight cleaning is common for offices and workplaces. Access arrangements and keyholding are agreed during mobilisation.
We can survey the premises and quote against your current arrangement. If you decide to switch, we plan the changeover around your existing notice period so there is no gap in service.
Coventry, Warwickshire, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. If your premises are outside this area, get in touch and we’ll tell you whether we can service them.
