Commercial cleaning should be simple to procure, straightforward to manage and consistently delivered.
That is the whole operating philosophy. Everything about how Godiva is set up follows from it.
Three things we hold ourselves to.
-
Simple to procure
A site survey, a written specification and a price. No packages to decode, no obligation until you’ve seen both. You should be able to compare our proposal against your current arrangement line by line.
-
Straightforward to manage
One named contact who owns the service. Scheduled reviews rather than ad-hoc complaints. Changes to frequency or scope handled as a conversation, not a renegotiation.
-
Consistently delivered
Rotas with cover built in, work checked against the specification, and issues logged and closed out. Consistency comes from management, not from hoping the same cleaner is always available.
Why Godiva exists.
Commercial cleaning is a mature service with a familiar problem: businesses find a cleaner easily enough, then spend the next three years managing them.
Missed areas get reported and re-reported. Holiday cover falls to the office manager. Quality drifts because nobody is checking it against anything. The contract is on paper, but the service depends on goodwill.
Godiva is a new business, built to run cleaning the way a well-managed facilities contract should run: a clear specification, planned resourcing, quality control and a single accountable relationship. We are starting with commercial cleaning because it is where that discipline is most often missing, and because the same operating model extends naturally into wider workplace and facilities services as the business grows.
We won’t claim a heritage we don’t have. What we will do is show you the specification, the schedule and the price, and let the way the contract is run speak for itself.
How every contract is run.
Specification first
Nothing starts without an agreed, written cleaning specification. It is the reference for delivery, inspection and review.
Named accountability
A contract manager is responsible for the service on your site. You know who they are and how to reach them.
Planned resourcing
Teams and rotas are planned with cover for holiday and absence, so the service continues when people don’t.
Inspection and reporting
Work is checked against the specification and issues are recorded and closed out. You can see the service is managed, not assumed.
Regular review
Scheduled reviews keep the specification aligned with how the building is actually used.
Straight answers
If something can’t be done, or isn’t worth paying for, we’ll say so.
